Why haven't I received any notice about my order?
All customers should receive an email after payment to confirm that your order has been placed, and one more email when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive the first email within 2 hours of payment, please contact us. We also have had many customers place orders with an error in their email address. PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS WHEN TYPING IT IN. Even the smallest typo will result in a bounced email.
I gave you my correct email address, and I still have not received notification about my order?
You will receive a payment confirmation email after successful payment from Alertpay. We will notify you with shipping/tracking information after your item ships, usually within 24-72 hours of your purchase.
How soon will my order be processed after I submit it?
We typically process orders within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday.
For my credit card order, can I have my order shipped to an address other then the address of record?
Yes. However, because of credit card fraud issues, we reserve the right to ship credit card orders to the address of record.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as bank transfers for bulk orders. We do not accept money orders.
Do you accept paypal?
No, we do not accept paypal due to their stringent policies regarding what types of products they allow you to sell with them.
